Stop giving the damage for your body by quit smoking. You should realize that smoking hot only harm yourself, but also harm people around you. Cigarette is considered to be addictive because it contains nicotine as addictive drug. Until now, smoking is included in the major causes of death because it can lead to lung cancer, heart attack, stroke, and many other kinds of lung disease and cancers.

 

If you smoke often, you should recognize whether you have had the cigarette addiction and later on determine the right actions to take. There are several signs of cigarette addiction and you better recognize it. You are considered to be addicted if you smoke more than seven cigarette per day, inhale deeply and frequently, smoke cigarettes containing high level of nicotine, smoke within 30 minutes of awakening in the morning, smoke frequently during the morning, and you feel that you need to smoke in all conditions even when you are sick. If you are experiencing those things, you should take immediate action to bring back your health.

 

To quit smoking you must have self willingness and motivation to fight your addiction. There are three basic things that you need there, which are changing the behavior that is associated with smoking, getting self-help literature, and having nicotine replacement therapy.
