 Walking not only provides a better metabolism, with a good digestion, but also increases their appetite, which contributes to better health.

Walking able to solve major problems related to the preservation and maintenance of other modes of transport, for example, by bicycle or even a car that was lifted more than a foot.

Another advantage of people walking on the ground is received as devoid of stress, removes one foot in the person of most if not all problems. Moreover, the movement of members and weapons, is certainly more pressure on the mind and the body has full consciousness of the population at any time.

  • Walking helps in better digestion of food. Thus, men who like to eat fried and heavy foods can compensate by walking regularly
  • Walking is a good time to talk and catch up with friends. It not only contributes towards better health of men but also leads to some leisure time

This is in addition to the many benefits, including burning more calories, fortunately, energy and, above all, tend to go faster than those proposed by unhealthy lifestyles.
